George Previll is the Director of Operations at Florida International Terminal. George has over 24 years’ experience in the industry, notably in New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Miami, where he executed vessel, yard, gate, planning, and M&R technical functions. Outside of the US he helped build and implement a new terminal on the west coast of Africa in Ghana . George’s focus of attention is to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient customer centric terminal services.

Andrew Johnson is the Commercial Director at Florida International Terminal. Andrew boasts an extensive background in logistics spanning over a decade. His expertise has been honed through strategic business development efforts across 14 terminals situated along the East Coast, Gulf, and Great Lakes regions. Andrew’s multifaceted experience extends beyond business development, encompassing operations, which uniquely equips him to craft intricate logistics solutions tailored to the diverse needs of customers across various industries.
Marcio Fernandes
Finance and Accounting Director
Marcio Fernandes is the Finance and Accounting Director at Florida International Terminal. With over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting within the logistics and maritime industries, Marcio plays a key role in FIT’s global reporting and strategic collaboration with its parent companies in Chile and Germany. He has successfully led the integration of financial operations into SAP, strengthening FIT’s alignment with international standards and corporate governance. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Marcio brings a global perspective to financial strategy, compliance, and performance management. His focus is on driving transparency, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, supporting FIT’s position as a premier terminal operator in South Florida.
