Important Notice: Effective September 21, 2026, FIT is reinforcing its OOG-LCL appointment cancellation and no-show policy to support increased cargo volumes and maintain an efficient appointment schedule. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel through our online platform or notify us at oog.lcl@fitpev.com no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before your appointment. A $500 fee per missed appointment will apply to no-shows and appointments cancelled after the deadline. On the day of the appointment, drivers arriving after their scheduled appointment time will have a one-hour grace period. Drivers arriving more than one hour late will be accommodated based on operational availability, and same-day service is not guaranteed. Thank you for your cooperation and continued partnership.
