A. DEMURRAGE:
Demurrage is the charge assessed against IMPORT and EXPORT containers remaining
in open yard storage after the expiration of Free Time period unless, prior
arrangements have been made with the Terminal Operator for such storage of Full
containers. FREE TIME begins at 7:00 A.M. on the first working day after placement
in the terminal.
1. EMPTY CONTAINER STORAGE:
Storage formula is based on the monthly total of empty TEU's times TEN (10)
to determine the allowable free days. Allowable free days will be deducted from
the total TEU container days to determine chargeable storage days. The chargeable
container days will be assessed at the rate of $1.00 per TEU.
2. FULL CONTAINER STORAGE:
a. Free Time Period:
Export Containers
Dry 7 Calendar Days
Running Reefer 2 Working Days
Export automobiles consolidated in containers 15 Calendar Days
Import Containers Dry 5 Working Days
Running Reefer 3 Working Days
b. Demurrage Charges: PER CALENDAR DAY
(i)Export Containers:
Dry 8-15 Calendar Days $10.00 per TEU
Over 15 " " $20.00 per TEU
Reefers over 2 working days $25.00 per TEU
(ii) Import Containers:
Dry 6-10 Calendar Days $15.00 per TEU
11-15 " " $30.00 per TEU
Over 15 " " $45.00 per TEU
Reefers over 3 working days $30.00 per TEU
c. Any demurrage accrued due to Customs or Agricultural holds are for the account
of the Cargo.
d. Multiple Container Rule:
Applicable only on dry import containers, provided all such containers are from one hipper to one consignee, one port of loading to one port of discharge on one vessel, on one bill of lading, and at least ten (10) containers are removed from the terminal within the free time period as defined in ITEM 2 (a) above. The steamship line must advise FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL, LLC, in writing prior to discharge with a copy of the bill of lading.

B. INSPECTION SERVICES:
1. PPQ Inspection
a. Unstack/set down/inspect/restack $95.00 per Box
b. Unstack/dray to platform/return restack $145.00 per Box Plus $20.00/Day chassis

2. U.S. Customs Inspection CET/TET Dray to Free Zone Building A or Building E. $145.00 per Box Plus $20.00/Day chassis rental
3. Inspection by U.S. Coast Guard or other government agencies in the yard of empty or loaded containers includes unstacking/grounding and restacking:
Loaded Import Container $50.00 per Box
Loaded Export Container $50.00 per Box
Empty Container $25.00 per Box
4. Fumigation Dray to fumigation area & return includes unstacking/stacking $145.00 per Box Plus $20.00/Day chassis rental
5. U.S. Customs Inspection Dray to building 29 or other designated on Port areas designated by US Customs and Border Protection for the purpose of VACIS or X-Ray exam $150.00 per box plus $20.00/day chassis rental
6. Empty Container Inspection for Survey/Repair $15.00 per move

C. CONTAINER SERVICES:
1. Transshipment containers unstack/dray/restack/TIR preparation $25.00 per Box charge to first and second carrier.
2. Offhire Containers
If specific container required One gate charge if arrangement made prior to
vessel discharge otherwise labor cost plus 10% plus machinery cost and gate
charge.
3. Reefer container monitoring "As per arrangement"
4. Drayage on Port $65.00 per Box
a. On Port Drayage Chassis Fee $20.00 per Box
5. Redeliveries
Two gate charge
No Free Time.
6. Late gate charge
(Container Yard)
5:00-6:00 PM $530.00 per hour
6:00-7:00 PM (Meal Hour) Double Prevailing Rate
7:00-9:00 PM (2 hour minimum Guarantee) $530.00 per hour
7. Inventory Document Transfer $5.00 per box Charge to First and
Second Carrier
(Relates to computer inventory transfers of containers from carrier to carrier
in order to maintain inventory control)
8. SECURITY FEE:
Loaded Container per Gate Move $3.00
9. Hazardous Placards $10.00
10. Container Seals $25.oo per seal supplied
11. Scale Fee $ 6.00
12. Roll Over Fee for Export Containers (LOADED & EMPTY) - will be billed to the carrier for each container remaining under a finalized vessel/voyager. Vessels are considerer finalized at the time the last container is loaded/discharged.
Roll Over Fee NOT requiring additional terminal handling. $50.00 per unit
